For Straight Bevel Generator - GLEASON / Heidenreick & Harbeck, WMW

A pair of Two tool (Twin) generator blades are largely used in straight bevel gear generators in different industries. It is generally used to cut a planetary gear suitable for all types of machines in module ranging from 0.3 to 20. These are called Twin Generating blades which are installed & used onStraight Bevel Generator Machines. These TG blades are made up of material HSS M-2, M-35 which helps in making it durable and long lasting. These pair of blades have 5 eccentric holes in each blade having cutting profiling on the surface & are used together as a Pair for any roughing or finishing cutting job.

Straight bevel gear shaping generation cutter blades: Type I to IV suitable for all types of machines, are supplied in module range 1.0 to 25 mm. These are produced for Gleason machines, 24", 18", 12", 11”, 6" and 3" both roughing and finishing and also for Heidenreich and Harbeck machines, 15KH, 25KH, 26KH, 60KH and 75KH.
