Chain sprocket gear hob Pitch ranging from 0.315”, 0.500”, 0.625”, 0.0”, 1.000”, 1.250”, 1.500”, 2.000” in different pressure angle as per DIN &ANSI standards.
Chain sprockets hob cutters are mostly used in mostly Automobile gear industry to generate chain sprocket profile. Chain Sprocket Pitch gears are manufactured by automobile manufacturers & for getting highest accuracy for generating roller chain tooth profile in the range from ¼” to 8” pitch or 5mm to 200mm pitch in DIN, BS, JIS, ASA standards. Chain sprocket gear hob cutters are manufactured in single, double or multi start as per required component.
As per client component speed and feed rate to its hobbing machines, we do advise and recommend them different types of HSS raw material & surface PVD coatings 2-4 microns to have a smooth and better life of cutters.
