Micro gear hobs are generally made to cut gears having small refine micro gear pitches, such micro pitch gearing has to be done to achieve high finishing and accuracy. Many industries such as automobiles, clock industry, precision gearing requires gear Hobbing to generate very small pitches
Starting from 0.15 Module to 1.0 module.
These are very high precision gear hobs and are made with or without topping feature in M35, ASP30 Material generally.
Our HSS made Gear hobs are specifically manufactured for generating profile of gears of maximum high accuracy for achieving finishing of gears as per DIN, ANSI, BS standards

- AA, A, B Ground Finishing (as per DIN 3968 or equivalent AGMA, IS standard) &Machine Relieved “C” with all standard & non-standard profiles

- 2-4 microns (OPTIONAL) Available in TiN, TiCN, ALTIN, ALCRONA Coatings
